Do you want to repeat the exciting experience of being a star at MINIATURITALIA 2010?
Here are the prices and information needed to be an EXHIBITOR in this Exhibition/Market Fair dedicated entirely to Miniatures and Dolls' Houses. Please read the information below carefully and send us your comments or further suggestions.

After having read everything... all you have to do is FILL IN the form (contract) at the bottom of this page. Please remember that bookings WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless accompanied by the correctly completed contract.

CANCELLATION OF THE SHOW
In case of cancellation the sum paid WILL NOT be reimbursed; however, if the cancellation arrives no later than November 1 the amount will be held as payment towards your participation in the exhibition of 2010.

Miniaturitalia, inspite of the considerable increase in the cost of living, has succeeded for a good 5 years in maintaining the same cost for participation. This year, to meet the increase of all our expenses, we are forced to increase the fees a little, offering, however, an OFFER FOR RESERVATIONS/ ADVANCE PAYMENT and offering hotel rates considerably in comparison with those of the past year (see the hotel reservation page)

PARTICIPATION FEE for MINIATURITALIA 2010 € 240.00

For those who confirm their reservation and pay the entire amount by and no later than 09/30 2009 the PARTICIPATION FEE will be € 220.00

PAYMENT
Payment can be made through either:

  • CREDIT TRANSFER - (details to be found in the section "CONTACTS" of this site)
  • NON TRANSFERABLE CHECK payable to IPPOGRIFO VIAGGI S.R.L.
  • CREDIT CARD - Please fill in the form in the section reserved for this type of payment and remember that the charge for payment made by credit card will be € 245,00-225,00 rather than € 240,00-220,00.
THE FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN MINIATURITALIA 2010 IS

    This fee includes:
  • 1 TABLE MEASURING 180 X 110 cm
  • A ROSE-COLOURED COVERING FOR EVERY TABLE (we do suggest however that all exhibitors personalize their own tables)
  • 2 CHAIRS FOR EACH TABLE
  • TABLES WILL BE ARRANGED NEAR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS for illumination. Every exhibitor must provide his/her own lighting system compatible with 220 V with the type of plug used in Italy and be in compliance with the regulations in force in Italy.
  • 2 PERSONAL EXIBITOR BADGE ENTRY PASSES FOR EACH TABLE (a T on your badge will indicate that you wish to offer special prices to TRADERS)
  • A SIGN-BOARD INDICATING THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS
  • TWO FREE TICKETS VALID FOR TWO DAYS FOR EACH EXHIBITOR (free tickets will be in the name of the table and will be sent BY E MAIL some days BEFORE the beginning of the fair. Tickets will be collected at the fair entrance by the staff of Miniaturitalia
    N.B. YOU MAY NOT USE THESE FREE TICKETS FOR PRE- SALE OPENING HOURS)
  • Personal PRESENTATION PAGE for each Exhibitor with photos that will appear on this web site (you must send your presentation in ITALIAN / ENGLISH and PHOTOS BY 31/10/2009 to lorena.conti@tele2.it. After this date the organization can not publish your presentation but will display only your BUSINESS NAME.



SET UP AND BREAKDOWN:
The PREPARING and DISMANTLING of the tables will be allowed only on the following days and at the stated times:

SET UP
- SATURDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2010 from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m

BREAKDOWN
- SUNDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2010 from 18.30 p.m. to 21.00 p.m. SETUP OR BREAKDOWN IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE EXIBITION. ALL TABLES must be ready by the time the exhibition opens to the public.



OPENING HOURS FOR THE PUBLIC:
  • SATURDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2010 from 11.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m
    THIS PERIOD OF TIME IS DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO TRADERS AND COLLECTORS who have purchased advance-sale tickets. (Only 300 tickets maximum available)
  • SATURDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2010 from 13.00 p.m. to 19.00 p.m. OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC
  • SUNDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2010 from 10.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC



PLEASE NOTE***:
This important new feature REQUIRES that every exhibitor indicate in the TABLE BOOKING CONTRACT, whether he/she is ready to offer a discount to traders of at least 25% of the price set for the general public. Traders will be accredited as such by the organizers of the show and identified by a badge bearing the letter T (trader).
To those interested, we suggest that two price-lists be prepared; one for the general public (retail price) and one for traders in which the discount to be applied (at least 25%) is specified together with the minimum number of objects required to be bought for the discount to be applied.
It will be up to the exhibitor himself/herself to verify the credibility of any trader appearing without a badge and outside the set hours.
COLLECTORS will be able to buy advance sale tickets too thereby assuring for themselves the best purchases in the special opening hours reserved for traders. They too will receive a badge, bearing the letter C (collectors), to enable them to be easily identified by the exhibitors

SHOPPING TIME FOR EXHIBITORS... AN EXCITING FEATURE
Thanks to suggestions received and the success of the past edition Miniaturitalia presents this exciting feature again this year: SHOPPING TIME FOR EXHIBITORS ONLY (each table MUST be open in time). On *SUNDAY 14/02/2010 from 09.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. you can enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited shopping amongst yourselves!



ADVERTISE IN THE MINIATURITALIA CATALOGUE 2010 WHY NOT BE IN IT?
You may remember that for last year's show 2000 enormously successful catalogues were printed and distributed ALL OVER THE WORLD.
For MANY exhibitors this catalogue has been a source of profitable publicity.
The prices are quite moderate and it would be a pity not to appear in this very useful guide.

The special price for each BUFFET LUNCH is Euro 19,00 which includes cake, fresh fruit and coffee. Lunch will be served in a RESERVED AREA of the Main restaurant.
