Here are the prices and information needed to be an EXHIBITOR in this Exhibition/Market Fair dedicated entirely to Miniatures and Dolls’ Houses. Please read the information below carefully and send us your comments or further suggestions.
After having carefully read everything… all you have to do is FILL IN the form at the bottom of this page. Please remember that bookings WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless accompanied by the correctly completed contract.
This year you can get a discount by reserving your space at the fair in advance following these conditions:
There is a limited number of tables available for division with another exhibitor; based on requests made in preceding years, in 2017 there will be 10 tables available to be shared by 2 exhibitors.
Reservations for a half table will only be accepted while the 10 shared tables are available.
Finding the person to share a table is the responsibility of each exhibitor. Exhibitors must indicate the person who will share the table when the table reservation is made.
NOTE: The discounts for advance reservation and payment are not available for shared tables.

The PREPARING and DISMANTLING of the tables will be allowed only on the following days and at the stated times:
– SATURDAY from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m
– SUNDAY from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
SETUP OR BREAKDOWN IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE EXIBITION.
All tables must be ready by the time the exhibition opens to the public.
