About a month before the opening of the OnLine Showcase on the website, in addition to the Exhibitors’ nominal list – currently already visible – a representative pic of her/his works will also be displayed.

NOTE: the items’ sale will take place exclusively by the contacts provided by each Exhibitor (e-commerce or others) therefore, you are invited to visit ALL the Galleries in order not to miss anything.

NEWS: To let Visitors feel as closer as possible to the experience of a real showcase visit, Miniaturitalia OnLine will let you book – only if you wish it and FOR FREE – one or more virtual appointments with the Exhibitors.

These meetings – lasting no more than 15 minutes – are called SLOT and will take place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2021.

During the booked SLOT the Visitor will connect via video call with the chosen Exhibitor, no obligation to purchase during the meeting which has the sole purpose of allowing the Visitor to view the table set up and do, if they like, a few chats. The advantage of viewing the table set up is, in many cases, that of being able to admire many more miniatures than the exhibitor may have inserted for sale in her/his e-commerce.

How will the table set up be viewed?: The Exhibitor, by her/his mobile phone camera, will show to the connected Visitor the table, pausing and bringing in the foreground what the Visitor will like to see more closely.

SHOW PREVIEW: That is the possibility of accessing the On Line Showcase some hours earlier than the official publication time.

  • The form for booking the Preview must be filled and submitted within midnight on Wednesday 24 March 2021 (GMT+1)
  • The preview fee is 5 euro

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE SLOT BOOKING TO VIRTUALLY MEET YOUR FAVOURITE ARTISANS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INFORMATIONS BELOW AND THEN FILL IN THE FORM :

  • You can book Slots within one hour before the On Line Show end
  • The form for requesting the Slot Booking must be filled and submitted.
  • The Fee for this service is 0 that is: FREE
  • Once the Staff has received the form correctly filled you will receive an email containing the instructions to book Slots
  • You can book only 1 Slot for each Exhibitor but you can book a Slot with all the Showcase Exhibitors you wish to meet.
  • SLOTS can be booked exclusively for Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2021, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. (GMT+1)
  • The Exhibitor will contact you in video call using the App indicated by her/him self
  • It will not be possible to recover any unused SLOT in case the Visitor does not answer to the call at the scheduled time.
  • We recommend the maximum punctuality because after the booked Slot with you the Exhibitor must be able to proceed to the next booking without any problem.
