Be an exhibitor at Miniaturitalia
Do you want to repeat the exciting experience of being a star at MINIATURITALIA?
Here are the prices and information needed to be an EXHIBITOR in this Exhibition/Market Fair dedicated entirely to Miniatures and Dolls’ Houses. Please read the information below carefully and send us your comments or further suggestions.
After having carefully read everything… all you have to do is fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Please remember that bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by the correctly completed contract.
Below is a description of each category.
This category includes those who exhibit objects of any type (figures, furniture, flowers, miscellaneous items, etc.) and era, created in standard dollhouse scales (1:12, 1:24, 1:48, and 1:144).
Art dolls are art objects created for adult collectors rather than toys for children; they can be defined as fine-art figurative sculptures.
They may take human, humanoid, anthropomorphic, or fantasy forms, but essentially, they are original artworks—resembling dolls or statues—used to express an emotion, thought, or concept of the artist who created them.
They can range from highly realistic to abstract.
“Reborn” dolls and repainted fashion dolls are not considered art dolls. Nor are animals or other non-human sculptures (unless they are fantasy creatures like fairies, mermaids, centaurs, etc.) classified as art dolls.
Just like other art forms, they can be created using a variety of materials, styles, and sizes; producing art dolls requires a wide range of skills and techniques, including sculpting, painting, and costume making. They are crafted from diverse materials such as fabric, paperclay, polymer clay, wax, wood, porcelain, natural or synthetic hair, yarn, wool, and felt. As with other artworks, creating an art doll can take weeks or even months of work.
Art dolls are works created from start to finish by a single artist, encompassing everything from conception and design to sculpting, painting, and final finishingand are never reproduced.
This section is dedicated to creators of fantasy and kawaii characters, provided they are artistic creations, handcrafted individually from polymer clay and born of the artist’s own ingenuity. Materials other than polymer clay may be included, but only in a minor capacity and solely to complement the sculpture. These characters may stand alone or serve as pendants, hanging ornaments, shelf decorations, or anything else the artists can imagine.
This category includes both those who create accessories for OOAK figures in sizes other than standard dollhouse dimensions, and those who sell materials and/or tools for creating the types of works exhibited at the fair. Note: The term ‘accessories’ encompasses furniture, miscellaneous objects, bases for figures, and settings or dioramas.
A new section dedicated to tiny, adorable and wonderfully imaginative creatures.
Cuties are artistic little animals lovingly created with creativity and care: tiny characters brought to life through different materials, techniques and unique interpretations. Teddy bears, bunnies, kittens, foxes and many other creatures, reimagined as miniature works of art and often enriched with charming clothes, accessories and one-of-a-kind details.
A section for those who love the world of miniatures and art dolls, but also for anyone who cannot resist the irresistible charm of a tiny, handmade character.
Small in size, big in personality.
