Do you want to repeat the exciting experience of being a star at MINIATURITALIA?

Here are the prices and information needed to be an EXHIBITOR in this Exhibition/Market Fair dedicated entirely to Miniatures and Dolls’ Houses. Please read the information below carefully and send us your comments or further suggestions.

After having carefully read everything… all you have to do is fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Please remember that bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by the correctly completed contract.

This year you can get a discount by reserving your space at the fair in advance following these conditions:

Reservations for shared tables

There is a limited number of tables available for division with another exhibitor; based on requests made in preceding years, in 2019 there will be 10 tables available to be shared by 2 exhibitors.

Reservations for a half table will only be accepted while the 10 shared tables are available.

Finding the person to share a table is the responsibility of each exhibitor.  Exhibitors must  indicate the person who will share the table when the table reservation is made.

NOTE: The discounts for advance reservation and payment are not available for shared tables.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation the sum paid WILL NOT be refunded; however, if the cancellation arrives no later than February 28th 2023 the amount will be held as payment towards your participation in the 2024 exhibition.

PAYMENT

The organization will communicate to the individual exhibitor, after registration, the various forms of payment.

This fee includes:

  • 1 TABLE MEASURING 175X 75 cm
  • A CLOTH FOR EVERY TABLE (we do suggest however that all exhibitors personalize their own tables)
  • 2 CHAIRS FOR EACH TABLE
  • TABLES WILL BE ARRANGED NEAR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS for illumination. Every exhibitor must provide his/her own lighting system compatible with 230 V with the type of plug used in Italy and be in compliance with the regulations in force in Italy.
  • 2 PERSONAL EXIBITOR BADGE ENTRY PASSES FOR EACH TABLE (a T on your badge will indicate that you wish to offer special prices to TRADERS)
  • A SIGN-BOARD INDICATING THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS
  • TWO FREE TICKETS VALID FOR EACH OPENING DAY FOR EACH EXHIBITOR (free tickets will be in the name of the table and will be sent BY E MAIL some days BEFORE the beginning of the fair. Tickets will be collected at the fair entrance by the staff of Miniaturitalia
    N.B. YOU CANNOT USE THESE FREE TICKETS FOR PRE-SALE OPENING HOURS
  • Inclusion of your name on the web site under the heading EXIBITORS, listed in alphabetical order subdivided by country.

SET UP AND BREAKDOWN:

The PREPARING and DISMANTLING of the tables will be allowed only on the following days and at the stated times:

SET UP
SATURDAY from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m

BREAKDOWN
SUNDAY from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

SETUP OR BREAKDOWN IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE EXIBITION.
All tables must be ready by the time the exhibition opens to the public.

OPENING HOURS FOR THE PUBLIC:

  • SATURDAY 1st APRIL 2023 from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m
    THIS PERIOD OF TIME IS DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRESALE TICKETS. (Only 300 tickets maximum available)
  • SATURDAY 1st APRIL 2023 from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC
  • SUNDAY 2st APRIL 2023 from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC

SHOPPING TIME FOR EXHIBITORS

AN EXCITING FEATURE
Thanks to suggestions received and the success of the past edition Miniaturitalia presents this exciting feature again this year: shopping time for exhibitors only (each table must be open in time).

On *SUNDAY from 09.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. you can enjoy 60 minutes of unlimited shopping amongst yourselves!

PLEASE READ: EACH exhibitor MUST fill the form with her/his personal data even if she/he share the same table with another exhibitor so, even if you pay ONE shared table, you must send TWO distinct application forms.

As confirmation of the correct fullfillment and submission of your application form you will receive back an email containing a copy of all the data you submitted. If you don’t receive anyhing back into 5 working days please fill and submit the form again.
